••How does the 10% discount at Meander and Make work?•• Each month, you’ll receive a unique coupon code for 10% off all regularly priced items at Meander and Make. Check back in your membership portal each month for the new code. Remember, apply the code before checkout to receive your discount. ••How do I receive my monthly pattern download?•• You’ll get a unique coupon code each month for your free pattern download. Check your membership portal to find the current month’s code. Enter the code at checkout, and you’ll get your pattern for free! (Note: free pattern download applies to PDF patterns only, and must be used in a separate purchase from other orders.) ••How often will I receive my fabric bundle?•• Your fabric bundle will ship each month, with the first bundle shipping a few days after your payment is processed. After that, you’ll receive a new bundle every month, typically within a few days after payment, based on when the fabric collection arrives in the shop. ••How much does shipping cost?•• Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders! We want to make sure your fabric bundles arrive at no additional cost to you. ••How do I sign up?•• Simply click the “Join the Stash Collector Club” button, enter your details, and select your plan. Once your account is set up, we’ll handle the rest! ••Can I choose my fabrics?•• Each month, you’ll receive a fabric bundle curated exclusively from Southern Charm Quilts collections. If you have a preference for one of the collections released that month, just reach out within 30 days of your monthly bundle shipment to let us know! ••Can I get a refund if I don’t like the fabrics?•• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for fabric bundles. These bundles are carefully curated, and we encourage you to embrace each new fabric as an exciting opportunity for your next project! ••What if I need to skip a month or cancel my subscription?•• You can easily manage your subscription through your account. If you need to cancel, please do so before the next payment is processed. Cancellations are not possible once payment has been processed for the month. ••Will I receive an order or shipping confirmation?•• Yes! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your bundle ships, you’ll also get a shipping notification with tracking details. ••What if I live outside the U.S.?•• Currently, the Stash Collector Club is only available to U.S. customers with free shipping. Stay tuned for potential international options in the future! ••Can I gift a subscription to someone?•• Yes! The Stash Collector Club makes a wonderful gift for the quilter in your life. Just select “Gift Subscription” during checkout, and we’ll handle the rest!
